National Statistics Consultation

On 27 October 2005, DWP launched an external consultation in relation to the publication of statistics relating to cases on the new CSA computer system. DWP Statisticians have collated all the replies and a response to the consultation can be found below.

Continuing Releases

CSA Quarterly Summary Statistics for December 2008 onwards are now published on the Child Maintenance and Enforcement Commission website

Contents

DWP have revised the methodology used to produce CSA statistics and this has resulted in small changes to most tables. These changes have been implemented back to March 2003 and the change in time series is indicated on those tables to which it applies.

When using figures in time series please access the most recent release, as revisions to statistics may not appear in earlier releases.
