Publishing Official Statistics on the Six Month Offer

The Six Month Offer was launched on 6 April 2009 to help job seekers experiencing six months unemployment to return to work. The offer includes extra funds for Jobcentre Plus to provide more intensive and personalised adviser support, and access to:

In line with the UK Statistics Authority’s Code of Practice on Official Statistics the Government published Experimental Statistics on the Six Month Offer on 14 October 2009. Future publication dates will be announced on the UK Statistics Authority’s Publication Hub for Official Statistics.

DWP Tabulation Tool

The DWP are now releasing many of their National Statistics via a Tabulation Tool that allows the user to define their own bespoke analyses.

Historic releases

The old Excel based tables are still available for a small amount of time whilst the Tabulation Tool is new. These tables are NOT being updated. The Tool should be used in preference.
